Hello all – sorry about the lack of posting!
I am at work but am about to head off for a hair cut and colour and will then drive to Canberra tonight. I have some meetings tomorrow but all can be done via phone or Skype so I decided I might as well head over today.
We haven’t received any PET scan results yet, but hopefully might hear some news today or tomorrow. Dave is feeling quote ‘not that great.’ I can also quote him as saying ‘Wills scrambled eggs are nearly as good as yours.’ Good feedback Will – I taught you well haha!
I cannot tell you how great it has been that Will has been able to be in Canberra this week. It’s one of those ‘good things that come from hard situations’ that I have talked about in this blog. Dave loves having him there (another quote) and he has been very helpful:- driving Dave to appointments, doing the shopping and cooking for them both. Will doesn’t get much of an opportunity to cook (I do hog the kitchen!) but he has some good basic skills and is good at timing – which I think is one of the most important things to master.
I’m thinking homemade pizzas for radio on Monday. I’d love some advice on your favourite toppings – especially those unusual ones – please comment below…
This, once again, is brief – I have a funding submission to complete and a few urgent emails to attend to before I head off. I’d better get cracking!

This is a pic of the cat and dog sharing the dogs dinner. My puppy is a good sharer 🙂

My Rob does a really nice one with thinly sliced sweet potato and zucchini, fresh mushroom, feta cheese and fresh basil … Yummo!
Yum V. Sounds great – and its a good vego option. Do you use a pizza stone or a pizza tray?
